One way not working

So I re-downloaded NAM, because I had different textures and wasn't happy with it. And somehow I cannot extend my one-way roads. When I try its turns up being an orangey color and does build. Also my smaller roads that had a texture on them doesnt show either. I am mainly worried about the one way but if you know anything please help!!

My best guess would you be either
a) an incomplete download
b) it's not being nice to something else in your plugins folder
c) somehow your plugins folder is different than last time and some stuff was deleted/added

Honestly, I have no idea. You can head over to the NAM support thread on ST for expert advice.

It might be from re-installing. Something similar happened to me, and I had to start a new city.

Someone else on Simtropolis had this exact problem, I can't remember what they did to fix it, but it was to do with the arrow-remover mods. Do you have the latest version, ie from SC4D?
