As some of these have legitimate basis, the Government of Folland objects to most of these as reckless speculation and biased assumptions. The Military intervention carried out into Fraesia was with orders not to use lethal or damaging force. The case with the Fraesian International Airport was to use it as a base of supply. The civilians that were at the moment inside during the capture were not taken hostage, and in fact released shortly after to return to their homes. At most, this is an occupation, not an Invasion or attack.

Because of this, the Follandan Government accuses the Foreign Minister and the Government of Fraesia with falsifying evidence and request the case be thrown out.

Mike, how do you think the international community would react if:
  • The United States sent their military into a peaceful, defenseless country, like Haiti, yesterday morning.
  • The US didn't need to kill anyone because the country is too weak to defend itself.
  • The US took over an airport with civilians inside it.
  • The US created a no-fly zone, severely disrupting the economy.
  • The US told people to not resist and stay home while their country was being occupied.
  • The US refused to care about the thousands of civilians that fled to the Dominican Republic, and other places.
  • The US refused to leave after many nations demanded it to.
  • The US then used intimidation to try to gain classified documents.
  • All while the US claimed that there was some sort of unavoidable war that no one else knew the US was talking about and everyone thought we went insane.

  • It would be catastrophic.  And the US would use common sense and pull out of Haiti.

I must also remind you that this is a clear breach of international law.  Folland has intervened in Fraesia's internal affairs, as simple as that, and they refuse to stop.

It's a little overkill to compare that. I'm no America and Fraesia's no Haiti. Besides you make it sounds like I'm doing something that's harming the community. I'm striking Roleplay and even Gus said this was great.

By the way I took over the Airport for the sake of the Airport. The people inside were released to their homes, and NOT kept as hostages as many would prefer to believe.

The Republic of Fraesia formally requests to amend it's case, with the addition of the illegal murder of a Fraesian citizen and soldier by the Follandan Air Force. Such is against international law, and especially International Charters and the Charter of the USNW. As such, Folland is in breach of their obligations and under general customary law for the murder of a Fraesian citizen.

Can I nominate Jon to be judge? He seems to be one of the few left who haven't taken a side or presented any opinion.

Sorry for bumping this again, but Agus's effort is being put to waste here. Neutral If Jon cannot be judge, maybe Daniel can.

If a judge cannot be procured in time for this court, then the defense requests a mistrial, and the case dismissed.

My apologies, I can be judge.

I'll get on tomorrow afternoon after I'm done with my classes and some errands I need to run, I can get this rolling then.

As the Judge appointed by the court to preside over this trial, I declare this case officially open.

The court requests the memorial from the plaintiffs.

This is taking quite some time to get started. Isn't there some time limit for how long a case can sit?
