Voting | N.P.C. Free-for-all Act

The N.P.C. Free-for-all Act is very simple, and will be laid out below:

• All Non Playable Character Nation will become a "Free-for-all" State in terms of Roleplay.
  
• Every USNW Member has the power to Roleplay with/for/against an N.P.C. nation without the prior approval of other Members.
  
• However if said Roleplay is seen to be too extreme or ridiculous, the community can vote to veto the action. If the action is not too extreme, then other members are forced to Roleplay their responses to the original action.
  
• All members can only directly Roleplay with another NPC nation without community approval only if said nation is within direct access. In example, a Member in Euphemia cannot directly Roleplay without approval with an N.P.C. nation across the world in Althena.
  

This Act is designed to not endanger N.P.C. nations concerning USNW stability or the Canon history, but instead open up the community to more spontaneous Roleplay.

Not a bad idea. 'Cept I ain't got no NPC neighbours.

As a little note on that, the NPC nation doesn't have to be sharing a direct border with you, but should be within the same region of your continent.

Acadia was already kind of following this rule with Fraesia.  

I support this, except for, "other members are forced to Roleplay their responses to the original action."  Members should decide on whether or not they would like to roleplay with the action.  For example, it would be unrealistic for Valessia to get involved with a dispute that Relastova and Mellachia have.

@Jack: Even doing nothing can be claimed as a Roleplay response. You're Roleplaying your nation as taking no action in response to whatever action.
