The Government of Oxacmela is deeply confused over the actions of the Government of Ruteria, and questions the real reason over the closing of the Ruterian Canal. We hope more information over the matter gets released soon.

Oxacmela will be declining the offer over the exile of San Marcosian victims, though, we will be planning on accepting it after more discussion with such government.

The Government of Ruteria is deeply ashamed over the closing of our Canal, but after recent actions by the Drug Cartels in the area, we have been forced to close the area, as it seems extremely dangerous over the moment, the area will be closed indefinitely, and ships trying to cross the canal will have to be returned, certain ships are docked near the canal right now, and we pledge to such nations to retire their ships to their nations, or dock them at a Ruterian port for a maximum of 60 days, such ships will be protected and aided, but we sincerely pledge such nations to evacuate their ships from the area, as we do not have jurisdiction over international shipments. Our Military is currently trying to clear the area, but the amount of shootings and Drug Cartel Personnel is extremely dangerous. Please understand that our nation is doing everything possible to end this.

We would like to make it present that if your military is going to be present in the Ruterian Mainland, your military would have first to talk to the Ruterian Government. We advise your governments not to get too involved or we will have to return your military to your nation. Your army will not be "bullying" ours. Next time please advise our govermnet in advance that your military is going to be involved.

We are sorry to inform the government of Okaiken that the Canal is no longer under our control, all personnel on the Canal has been evacuated, but we will try to do anything possible to protect the passengers of Cruise Ship MS Hikari Maru, we would advise them not to leave the ship, as they do not have authorization to enter Ruteria, our government will allow the ship to be docked in Hiso and all services will not be charged. We will try to do everything possible to safely escort the Cruise Ship across the canal soon, we will communicate with the Ship's captain and inform them when to cross in a maximum of 3 to 4 days. We are deeply saddened by our actions, but we are surely trying to do everything possible to reopen and clear the canal as soon as possible.

Military Personnel will be treated at the nearest hospitals, the helicopters will be allowed to disbarge their cargo at the Hiso International Airport, we thank your government for the advise and congratulates it on de-hijacking your vessels, the Canal is still not safe for operation, but the stronger cartels have been fought off. The Government of Oxacmela disapproves of Shayden's opinion on the government of Vanadla. Your government's claims Mr. Erickson, are simply incorrect. Vanadla is a nation which has been extremely responsible in its inner government, you may disapprove of it, but it does not mean that the Government of Vanadla is to be condemned, or in any way be irresponsible.

In fact, ONLY the Vanadlans have freedom from homelessness or from having to live in nightmare shanties, freedom from wearing rags, freedom from hunger, freedom from being dirty and sick, freedom from ignorance, freedom from fear of soldiers standing all around them with guns, freedom from fear of each other, freedom from indignity, freedom from extreme inequality, and freedom from wage slavery. Unemployment in Vanadla is an organizational problem, but Vanadlans are free from the dread of financial disaster that haunts every single person including the misleaders in every system in the world. Vanadla is uniquely near totally free of racism. And it is famously free from the misleaders who oppress most of the world with their lies.

In a lot of ways, Mr. Erickson; Shaydians aren't as free as Vanadlans. Vanadla has laws your and our governments don't have, and we have laws Vanadla doesn't have.
