Accepted | Removing Posilliponian Euphemia Dependecy

New Vennisieux is a Posilliponian dependency on the west coast of Euphemia, next to Folland. It seems unrealistic for it to remain there, in my opinion, and should be added to Folland.

If this is to pass, the territory will be added into the borders of Folland. There will be no changes in history, and it will be as if the territory never existed.
