The Sinope Republic has withdrawn its free trade agreement proposal with the Euphemian Bloc due to the recent diplomatic cable leaks and the actions of Shayden and Acadia, two member states of the Bloc.

Acadia is outraged at the invasion and questions why we were not advised prior to this. Acadia is considering leaving the Bloc, seeing as it has failed to maintain peace on Euphemia.

The Euphemian Bloc - Page 4 Diplomacy_post-01

As a result of the Invasion of Fraesia, the Governments of the Acadian Federation and Shayden Federal Republic, hereby impose trade and travel sanctions upon the Republic of Folland. These sanctions are as follows:

All Acadia-bound or Shayden-bound imports require a tariff of 80% to be paid to the government of the nation in which it is bound to.
No weapons, ammunition, military vehicles, or other battle/occupation supplies may be imported into Folland.
Planes of Folland origin shall not fly in Acadian or Shaydian airspaces.
All Folland ships must leave Acadian and Shaydian ports.
No employees of the Folland government may enter Acadia or Shayden, unless granted special permission. Civilians may enter as normal.

Our governments once again question Folland's stability. A stable government's characteristics do not include such an inexcusable, reckless action. These sanctions will be lifted on the following terms:

Folland pulls all military out of Fraesia's borders.
Folland officially apologizes and promises to not intervene with or harass Fraesia again.

It's a fair assumption to suppose Folland trades at least 50% of its exports and imports with its neighbours considering their economic importance (Kuyrut, Shayden, Acadia). Especially considering the linguistic links and the proximity (direct border with Kuyrut and Shayden).
