- Due to a long time of having no official updated map, I propose having emergency nominations for the cartographic committee positions. This way we can have an official map and approve land changes.
If this were to pass elections would be held on September 8th, 2012. Normal nomination procedures would occur.
But, since Chip is no longer active, we will need to discuss the number of members on the committee so decisions can be made.Chip wrote:In compliance with the recent acceptance of the changes to the Cartographic Committee, we must now nominate members to be voted on into the Cartographic Committee, please nominate two or more people to be voted on into the committee, please make sure they meet the following requirements:- Members of the Committee must be members of the International Assembly.

The four with the top votes will be on the committee.

I say that we should have a member be elected to replace Chip while he is not active, probably an admin, and if he does return and choose to be on the committee again, we will have another election. - Members of the Committee must be members of the International Assembly.
Currently there are only 5 nominees and five positions in the committee.

Can an admin move this to the appropriate forum (cartographic committee, probably)?
