Minister Daniel and Leaders of the U.S.N.W., at 3:14am AUT -8/West Follvirkeland time, a Top Secret Government Facility was raided by an unknown number of highly armed Hostiles. The said Facility was in possession of Nuclear materials. These materials are as of now, missing from the Facility, and no information on their whereabouts are present. We urge your governments to take any precaution possible to intercept these materials, if they enter your borders.

All information; including the existence of this Facility, regarded in this message is classified Top Secret of the highest levels. Disclosure of this information will result in immediate cease of Diplomacy with your Government.

No it's meant to come from the Chancellor of the Republic of Follvirkeland.

And to clarify, the Facility was testing the use of Nuclear Materials for Spaceflight and Energy, however, they could be weaponized. That's why this is so urgent. An unknown, hostile group is now in possession of potentially weapons-grade Nuclear materials.

You can see where I'm going with this.

Loftindor is very upset that these "hostiles" were not stopped and would like to ask which "organization" could be responsible for such an attack.
