As I'm sure most of you know me and those of you that don't will with time, I'm not going to waste my time with an elaborate introduction. Nor will I try to waste your time with a long block of text.
When I joined the USNW after mine own union had dissolved due to lack of activity, I was amazed at the friendliness of the members and the efficency of how things got done. This union was where I thought I'd be able to stay and have some fun with everyone. The skies have been troubled with the clouds of strife recently, and I've been wondering if this union will survive the summer. I want it to, I really do. People who I thought were friends are arguing over things that by all means should not be taken seriously. I understand we are roleplaying but there are enough problems out there. I don't understand why these things are happening, but I want to help. Thus, though I didn't exactly think I was ready, I have decided to run for Chancellor. I do this in order to unite us again. After all, I like to think everyone on this site is a friend of mine, and at the very least, is neutral toward me. But if there is someone out there whose opposes me, for some reason, I implore you to speak up so we can settle our differences.
As for qualifications, I should like to think I have done a lot for this site in my own way, by helping out with the wiki, and offering my assistance whereever I can, be it with road maps or adjusting pictures and numerous other things I can't think of right now. I've been active most of this year, and while I may not be on as often as I'd like, I'm on enough to stay informed of what's going on. I like to consider myself as fair, as I know many a dispute I've tried to calm down.
As I've mentioned I run to unite us and bring the union back to its heyday. Now, I can't deny I like the idea of being chancellor, but I'm not the type of person to abuse my power. You can count on that. I'm hoping that I can count on your support.
