Department of Foreign Affairs: Official Statement
In light of recent events on Euphemia and continents abroad, it has become imperative for Acadia to act. The current foreign policy of Acadia will continue be enforced.
The current foreign policy stresses the importance of national sovereignty. Acadia vows to not violate any nation's sovereignty and the right of the people to govern. Any allegations that the Acadian Federation is "imperialist" or "war-monger" are entirely inaccurate.
While Acadia may have concerns about new alliances developing, it does not wish to infringe on these nations' affairs. Any allegations that Acadia is "bullying" or acting in an "aggressive" manner are entirely inaccurate. Acadia pledges to allow these new alliances and treaties to work in peace, without Acadian intervention.
Acadia is open to meetings and negotiation. However, Acadia must first consult its Federal Assembly, president, Shayden & Folland, and other allies, in that order, before making any major decisions.
Acadia is deeply concerned about Kuyrut's diplomatic behavior towards Acadia and its allies, and wishes to have a meeting with the nation. Acadia would like to rebuild any damaged relations with Calibria, Okaiken, and Kuyrut.
The Acadian Federation thanks the USNW for cooperation.
