New City! The name is Charles. (I'm bad with city names) Here is a map of downtown, as posted in Troy's thread.
A labeled image of downtown. Some buildings may change, though. I got the idea to make this a state capital, but have no room for a capitol building, or even have a capitol building BAT.

Love the map and I like your downtown.
I bet that waterfront area comes alive during community events and maybe even held a few live concerts in the past.

And my King-Emperor is called Charles, and he's a guy.
At least four Kings of Posillipo - including the one who ruled during the GAW - were named Charles as well, so that's the most likely origin (especially since Acadia was once a Posilliponian possession)
