This proposal is to ratify a treaty that has been agreed upon by both sides of the Insulonian-Andalusian War. As per Insulo's membership in the USNW, Insulo is seeking that the treaty be ratified by the other members of USNW to insure the general recognition of the treaty's terms.
The terms of the Treaty of Chidessa are as follows:
Treaty of Chidessa
All the parties involved in the Insulonian-Andalusian War agree to the following terms to end said conflict:

- The Kingdom of Andalusia will be dissolved, and all it's land annexed to Insulo. {See Figure 1}
- A plebiscite will be conducted to decide a new government for the Kingdom of Mallano, of which the results cannot be disputed by any of the other signees of this treaty.
- The Kingdom of Mallano cedes the territories defined as Area A and Area B further in this document set, to Insulo and Ruteria respectively. {See Figure 1}
- All signees will cease hostilities for at minimum 5 years.
- Insulo, Ruteria, and Posillipo are recognized as victors.
