To the forums you can, of course. But you need to be at least an observer (orange) for a part of Adonia

@K50: Observership is what he needs to have his own CJ - such as Shushtrepistaz - here in the USNW; however, Kuyrut is technically part of Shayden, which allows him to work on it without being an observer (at least, that's how I understand it).
