Ruteria wants to inform all of the Adonian Nations that there are problems, Ruteria is willing to all of the Nations of Western Althena to please inspect all of your Ruterian Citizens that look suspicious, you have all the right to arrest, also and planes, cargo or transportation that comes from Ruteria shall be inspected and if in case of being Suspicious in case of Planes not giving the right to land, we are also informing that a 79% of RutAir or any flight from Ruteria will be cancelled.
We ask to your Airlines traveling to Ruteria to cancel some flights and please to inspect all Ruterian passengers, if some luggage or passenger looks suspicious to not let them enter the plane.

Ruteria cant say much at the time but we are doing all of this to end good with the other nations, we prefer our economy to fell down than to end badly with all of the USNW members.

We have some changes, Hiso city will be open to International Flights, and will not stop any International Cargo, Flights or any thing, It will stay Normal.
