We most definitely need to get on the ball with electing the members of our administrative committees so we will start with the cartographic committee because it is already needed. There are laws we need to follow when we elect these members, two of them actually.
First the law that was passed in the original International Assembly, before reconstruction: (by the way most of those still apply that weren't made void by the Articles and the Bylaws)

Second we have to follow the rules about administrative committees in the Articles:
Basic info if you don't have time to read the laws at the moment:
- We are electing two members to this committee.
- The committee has three members all together, two elected and the mapmaker, who at the moment is Jack.
- The members need to be fairly active. (Not a law)
- The committee protects the integrity of the map and Adonia's landscape.
- The laws need to be thorougly read and understood by the committee members.
Let the nominations begin:

This is out of character. We don't have any set procedure for this chamber yet like time length requirements. So, I'm going to let nominations occur for at least a day or two and then the actual election voting poll will be up for at least 24 hours. If anyone disagrees I'll certainly lengthen the time.
