Land Addition to Folland

Hello once again.

I'm adding even more land, but this time an island. It's my 15th Province and it's going to be the showcase of my coming City Journaling. But I have to run it by you guys to get it placed onto the world map near Folland. I've had to move one of the Okanamapi islands around to get mine to fit in the correct spot i needed.

I approve of this. This is such a small change, though, I think you don't need to officially propose it. I'll just add it to the map.

I don't approve. The island does not match my eye color.

its gonna be odd cause i had to flip the region to make it fit on the world map. So i guess north is south and south is north. :\ Yeah this will be fun.
