I agree that in the international assembly that wouldn't work very well. But for elections it would run much smoother. We could put the HTML code in the top post, instead of poll, and all votes could be done at once, in a single form.

I'm not sure because to my knowledge there's nothing about a tie in the charter. I was told the admins would make a choice, where nate was told it would be a revote. Basically we're in a corner we didn't think about when we started.

It should be a revote.

There is nothing in the charter because we never anticipated a tie happening. However, an admin choice isn't really a democracy like we are supposed to run because that gives the admins all the power.

Jon changed it, we were talking a bit ago on skype about it. It doesn't really matter to me, admin vote or revote, but I just want a clear answer

We still have one vote we cannot account for.

If all votes are not accounted for by 5 PM Central Standard time tomorrow there will be some kind of recount, either write-in only though PMs or through Google Docs.

Will and I both agreed this should extend until 12am CST to allow time for other to get on. Seeing some of our members could be at work that haven't claimed their vote or being in an odd time situation.
