I am against this proposal, I believe that if we are to be an honest and open Union then we need to have full disclosure and welcome opinions from everyone.

I am for this proposal if we turn ambassadorial members to just members of the forum. Ambassadorial and Full members should be able to see the court room but no one else should.

As I said to you, NAY. Courts don't work that way, Daniel. If you would like, try visiting a trial in your nearest courthouse.

And this also violates the charter...

If this violates the right to life and freedom then so does not allowing ambassadorial members to run for office...

I propose the following change to this measure. Allow everyone to view the forum. But only allow ambassadorial and full members to comment. In a court outsiders aren't just a allowed to barge into a court case and say what they want.

I do feel anyone can view, just not anyone comment, cause that takes the court cases right to fair trial away.

The Kingdom of Posillipo agrees with Rheinland's proposal.
