You should know that in Ustrakovian Socialist Republic of Manastan there's a bloody civil war between the Ustrakovian People's Army (UNA) and Manastani Rebels.
In the last days lots of villages were burnt and bombed, lots of people died and the cities are very damaged. Well, the Ustrakovian Ministry of Defence signed a ceasefire with the Manastani leaders, but the situation is still dangerous. So,there's a strange calm in Manastan, but we,the Ustrakovian Government, ask for PEACEKEEPING forces in that zone for at least 1 month. The peacekeeping forces will be helped by our local autorities if they need a help.

Thanks for the help,

Nikolaj Aktyubov

Ruterian Constitution = My Military is for my only use! not for the other ones!

Basically I won't give my military for anything other than my national use...

After much discussion my Government is willing to offer your Government the assistance of a team of forensic experts to help identify the remains of the victims if needed.

We are glad the incidents have calmed and look forward to an international peacekeeping force monitoring the situation closely.

The Polandrian Imperium's Government will formally take no role or action in the matter. We believe that interference in the matters is not a possibility at this stage.

Grand Aescail would be willing to send aid in form of health and rebuilding, but we are not willing to join in the fighting.
