Needed changes?

As the new USNW Executive Secretary, I want to do a good job. So, this post will be made for things that people want to be updated. I don't mean things that I should already be doing, but personal things (changing the Motto or Nation Desc.) and so on. You need me to do something, just post it here and I'll do it.
