The results of the meeting between the Grandian and Ruterian representatives were as follows:

(1) All Grandian and Malonese troops will withdraw from Ruteria, effective immediately. All vessels of Grandian registry will also depart from Ruterian waters. In both cases, return to Ruteria may be allowed once the new Republic is fully established.
(2) The Ruterian dependency of Linestecia will be granted independence as the Independent Kingdom of Linestecia, and will become the new place of residence for the Ruterian Royal Family.
(3) Scotlia Island will remain under administration by the Ruterian Royal Family, but will be handed over to Posillipo as an autonomous province.
(4) The Arkticican territory of Zac Nicte, formerly belonging to the Kingdom of Ruteria, will be jointly administrated by the Independent Kingdom of Linestecia and the Republic of Ruteria.

Ordanus is not attending the summit but is willing to arrange a meeting with Grand, Belluterra, & Malo via video conference at their earliest opportunity.

We'd also be willing to arrange a meeting with Ruterian and Akemoor representatives via video conference

Posillipo is open to all diplomatic relations, specifically with Grand, Belluterra, and Malo, as well as Ruteria, being as we were mentioned by them in previous posts.

Furthermore, all military forces stationed in the Kingdom of Ruteria have been called back to Posillipo.
