This is a package for the Military, Defense and Non-Proliferation

Package 1: Military
This package is a package that will reduce the amount of military forces and to invest money on technology for the military. Here are some of the ideas
(a1) Oppose any creation of a "Peacekeeping Force"that usually spell more trouble originally planned by Grand to the International Assembly.
(a2) Support any creation of a "Peacekeeping Force"that usually spell more help originally planned by Grand to the International Assembly.
(b) Reduce any conflicts between the USNW Nations by using diplomatic means of communication (either by PMs or by Skype), with the observation of either of the 3 Administrators of the USNW
(c) Impose Sanctions on Nations that declares combat on each other.
(d) Invest more money on the defense rather than the attack
(e) Invest in more military technologies such as UAVs, aircraft and vessels

Package 2: Defense
(a) Improve on the defense of the USNW Airspace
(b) Secure and protect defense files by establishing (Company Name)
(c) Prevent any intrusion by Adoleaks and Unknown by investing more technology to the anti-cyber crimes unit

Package 3: Non-Proliferation (applies to some USNW Nations) (optional)
(a) Ban the use of Nuclear Weapons on USNW Nations, even if it's only a test.
(b) Discourage the research for nuclear weapons
(c) Oblige to clean up your test sites (not somebody else's)
(d) Halt production of enriched uranium and plutonium for use in nuclear weapons
(e) Impose sanctions on nations threatening to use nuclear weapons
(f) Impose sanctions on nations breaking the laws in this package

Day 1 was a succes IMO, Day 2, yeah, I was not surprised by the way it turned out.

Sometimes other people are very hard to persuade

#1a1: For obvious reasons, we do not oppose this; furthermore, we believe sufficient modifications have been made since it was originally proposed to enable it to be safely used, without fear of it being used in combat.

(a) Joint defense operations to protect USNW airspace is not required, in my opinion. Nations can fend for themselves, and if not, most nations have an ally that will support them.

Package 3: Non-Proliferation (applies to some USNW Nations) (optional)
(a) The Kingdom of Posillipo beleives that Nuclear weapons are a key piece of our military aresanal and is required for the defense and protection of our people. We completely agree that nuclear weapons should never be used on another USNW country, however, we will continue to test our weapons on our land in Millinesia.
(b) Posillipo believes that if the nation does not already have an maintain a nuclear arsenal, then they are not a suitable host for the technology.
(c) Posillipo goes to great lengths to ensure the safety of our people and the environment when we take part in nuclear tests.
(d) Posillipo disagrees, we believe we must maintain our nuclear arsenal, that includes upgrades and safe discarding of our out of date weapons.
(e) Posillipo partially agrees, if a nation threatens to use nuclear force without due reason, the nation should be punished, however if a nation is attacked, Posillipo believes they have the right to defense.
(f) Posillipo agrees.
