Now, next to our summit is Humanitarianism, Aid and Observers.

I see today that there are many great additions to the community these days, why not expand our observerships by asking our buddies at the AIN?

How about some help over USNW Nations affected by disaster?

Package 1: Observerships and Former Nations
(a) establish new relations in other unions such as AIN
(b) expand our observership area to several more unions
(c) encourage participation by observers
(d) A new 'former nations' forum, for archiving reasons (We can make like a different site for that)

Package 2: Humanitarianism and Aid
(a) Establishment of the Aid Council, which certain nations will apply if they needed help for their problems such as floods and earthquakes
(b) Tax breaks and deficit reduction for the affected countries

Anything to add in the packages let me now...

1a: Sorry, we've tried this enough and it's really got nowhere. People, unfortunately, disagree on things. That's why they have different leaders and unions. If we do try this, we should wait until they get new leadership, which could be soon (elections for them are in April). Smile
1b: Again, no. The only other union is SCJU cyclops
1c: They are pretty active, but it never hurts.
1d: Little lesson on why we don't have this. Forumotion, the provider for our forums, has a limit on the amount of forums (not threads, posts, etc.) we can have, which is why we don't keep them around. I think it's a good idea though, and I'd personally vouch for one (but observers are out since they're archives are with their respective unions)

2a: Knowing how much activity Adonia has, I would support this (might not be able to help much though, New Chandler doesn't have all that much spending money Razz)
2b: If you're saying tax breaks for the people affected in those countries (countries can't really be taxed, right?) then absolutely.

New Chandler's representative apologizes for missing the first day of the summit.

In Questions 1 I agree with New Chandler.

2.1: Ruteria fully supports it, but as we are only recovering for one, we can't do a lot.
2.2: Ruteria won't stop taxing it's citizens, no matter the event. No More Information

For Package 1, we agree with New Chandler. For Package 2, we also agree with New Chandler, except for the fact that GBM has enough money to spare for any aid projects.

For Package 1, we have no position either way.

2a, We support this so much, We'll throw in money if needed to fund it. Just as long as it covers riots and civil unrest that is.
2b, We are not so sure here as we do not have tax per-say, but generate money through business (owns almost all in cap city) we are not sure how to give a tax break from a tax of 0% but we could have a sale? Also, deficit reduction should only be applied if the disaster is making the current deficit increase at an alarming rate compared to before the disaster and then only if this trend is set to continue for some time.
