President Kan Mercel of the Malakkan has told the Follivirkeland, the country that has been very active in the Gulf dispute, to, "mind it's own business in affairs. We are beginning to see the Follivirkelands as hostile to the nation of Malakkan and we demand that they remove their ships from the Gulf of Malakkan (Gulf of Loftindor)," in a press conference that took place at 4:30PM today. Prime Minister David Flafurger commented on his remark as, "belligerent" and "bitter." Kan Mercel also said," The USNW 'peacekeepers' (he used "peacekeepers" without emotion) also need to withdraw from the gulf because the recent disputes are only between Loftindor and the Malakkan. This is not a matter of the USNW, which is why we turned down the court." More on the story as the meeting progresses...

Final Straw for Malakkanian War (perhaps), the Moordenaar is Blown up Off the Coast of New Loftindor.

The Moordenaar, the head ship of the Loftindorian Navy, has exploded for no clear reason off the Coast of New Loftindor. The ships original destination was to be set for Bayasa but at 9:21 (estimate) the ship blew up killing thousands of soldiers, and then sank about 40 minutes later. Currently, the Ministry of Defense is investigating the unknown cause for the explosion. The Ministry says that the most possible cause for this event was a torpedo (due to the hull being teared from the outside), most likely from Malakkan. Malakkan and Momnoko obviously have denied this as attacks from them. As the investigation continues the Ministry has advised the Loftindorian Senate to vote for War against Malakkan and its allies. More on the story later tonight..

Looks like there are going to be USNW wars on three continents now (Northern Neridea, most of Carreon, and the Forgian Desert area in central Althena). D:

Four continents? There's already one on Carreon (the Carreon War), one on Althena (the ongoing conflict between Forgia/Zebtesia and Malo), and it looks like one's shaping up between Loftindor and Malakka. Where's the fourth? Razz

Senate to Put War to Vote:
Loftindorian Monthly Magazine - Page 3 194074154863954450
The Senate has been criticized by the Imperialist Nationalist Party and its followers for not taking action sooner.

The Senate will be putting War against Malakkan to a vote. The Defense Ministry does not know who is responsible for the attack, but know it was done purposely and continue to blame Malakkan. The Malakkanian president still denies responsibility for the attack, and said in a press conference that he would, "take military action if the accusations don't stop." Many Bayasans are angry at the Loftindorian government for getting them into this situation, specifically they are angry with David Falfurger. One local government official in Bayasa says, "It feels like a fort more than a city, the amount of security is ridiculous." The result of the voting should be out in a week or so.

These two are at each others throats now. I know that this conflict is between Malakka and NEW Loftindor, but could they reach Loftindor proper? If there were the case, it'd turn into several fronts.

This is a low era in Adonian history.

According to the Ministry of Defense, if they were to attack the mainland, they would probably send a fleet near Trentannia, and use long range bombers on us if they had airspace clearance from Trentannia. (whether or not they care for entering with permission)
