Reason for my disapearing act and resolution

Hello everyone,

Recently I have had some family emergencies and have come to the conclusion that I am far to busy right now to be fully involved.
Because of that I will be looking to partner with patat1 on a join venture till I can return fully to USNW and my family emergency lessens
I have come to an agreement that Patat1 will help me run my forum section and since we live in the same city it will be easier for me to stay in the loop through him.
Belgovia will therefore have a referendum to be annexed into the Imperium for the time being.

I thank all of you for you condolenses a head of time during this tough period.
I look forward to returning soon.

I will post the referendum results once Polandria makes its decision.
