IMO, you have a few too many ships, unless they're all really tiny , because according to my calculations, you have approximately 65 active personnel per vessel on average

If you could fix that, that would be just great.

There are 286 ships in the United States Navy. Do not ever pass that number.

EDIT:
There are 5,573 aircraft (2,132 fighters) in the USAF.
There are 3700+ US Navy aircraft.

I'll update that later because I don't know enough about Aircraft to do anything but will update when I do, same goes for Naval ships.

RISTAT is a group of extremely powerful and highly-trained men and women who participate on unique missions. RISTAT is also responsible as the most intimidating security, protecting people such as the President, Vice-President, etc. They also have a major presence at the USNW Headquarters. In aggressive situations, RISTATs use unorthodox strategies and combat weapons compared to attacks with firearms. RISTATs have a wide array (but a relatively low quantity) of gadgets and technology, much of which is classified even to most high-ranked army and naval/aerial soldiers.

Currently, the major branches of the military are not operating, and can only be set into action in a course of war. Because of that, the numbers in those groups are currently very low; they go up dramatically during war. In the relatively rare situation where an attack team is needed, it usually involves the active RISTATs instead.

And after going over the previous posts, I know two things. One, don't get on Shayden's bad side, they have a huge army. o.o
