Hiigaran Confederacy has 16 states in side of it and is located in AOIN Black Sea Region, its one of the largest nations in AOIN. Right now one of our cities of Nogovicka is the HQ of AOIN, and we are really proud of that. I will be applying as observer membership. And hope that you like my cities.
