The Euphemian Thirteen Summit(Discussion)

I'm proud to announce to you today that I, representing the Follandan Republic, will be calling the first ever Euphemian Thirteen Summit, a political gathering of all the Euphemian nations to discuss important issues pertaining to our continent and our plans for future progress, intentions, and cooperation. This summit extends beyond the boundaries of Alliances such as SCMAT and the Bloc Nations, since all are welcome to participate. In fact we insist every nation participate so Euphemia can come together as one community instead of continuing to let labels and borders divide us. We all speak Trentannian more or less am I right?

Now to explain a few things.

The Euphemian Thirteen is the name given to this new loose organization that envelopes all thirteen nations on the continent of Euphemia. The thirteen nations are as follows; 


Shayden,     Oxacmela,   Acadia, 
Kaskaskia,   Cadonia,      Esdikkom, 
Fraesia,       Ivouixkaw,   Folland, 
Mitron,         Kuyrut,         Callemesia, 
and Marqualis. 

These thirteen nations make up every government responsible for the lives of hundreds of millions of Euphemians. The Euphemian Thirteen Summit will occur every three months to ensure focus is not lost, and Emergency Summits can be called for immediate matters if it occurs between regularly scheduled dates. If you represent one of these nations then I welcome you to participate in these Summits. Our first Summit, particularly it's date to be held will be discussed.

(( I got the name from thinking about the G20 and such.  But yes any of you are welcome to help roleplay as one of the NPC countries. At first I wasn't even sure I should include them since they aren't members or barely matter in the canon. I can safely assume that a lot of you had forgotten Cadonia existed.))

((Now, obviously this Summit can't last just a day cause of people's varying availabilities, so I'll suggest a Summit lasts one week, or maybe even two if need be to really get everyone in on the topics. Since the summits will take place every THREE months instead of monthly, we can account for the longer summits. Kurt i think it would be pretty safe to add the Euphemian Thirteen to the groups list.))

((Now also, I know we barely have as many active users as there are countries on Euphemia, so either there will be one or more nations not represented in the Summits, or users will have to RP more than one NPC. Honestly the Summits are mostly between the registered users so i believe it'll be fine if a few NPCs aren't roleplayed.))

((All those topics sound great to bring up. Though Chris if it's what you think the Loyalist Front should do to create RP activity, then that needs to be discussed in OOC since this summit will be held IC.))

Yeaahhh I went and labeled this one as Discussion and I'm going to make another topic for the real deal, so.....yeah, no more need for OOC talk.  Sorreh eh.

The dates are now set. The Summit will last one week. (7 days). It can be extended to two weeks if there's a majority agreement that it needs to be.
