IAR #031: Repeal of IAR #017/New Cartographic Committee

Simply for means of clarification, the Head of the Department of Non Player Affairs is simply the mapmaker. The title is mostly ceremonial and could probably be changed if we felt the need. The DNPA was originally Marsh and he was just given the position by Jon and I (k50 was there too) because he made the map and kept it updated. A little before Marsh left the union he gave the job to me and I became the DNPA until I went AWOL that one time.. yeah.. let's not talk about that. Anyways, after that I appointed Jack as the DNPA (ceremonially a few days ago but he's been doing the job for a while now).

The DNPA isn't really changing from it's current form. The DNPAs have always chosen their predecessor because the job is so particular and difficult and honestly... shouldn't be trusted to a union wide vote because the public sometimes gets skewed by personality when all that matters with DNPA is the cartographic skills.
