You are all active because your activity index is at least 0.  Others are either warned, inactive, or on-leave.

How come I haven't been warned?

You are, Chris.  That's why you're not on the list of Active Members.  The Admins don't actually warn you until a checkpoint, but you are considered a warned member by activity standards.

So what will this mean for voting? Are we using 7 as the total or 14? The waits have been ridiculous lately...

We're going to say a total of 7 votes is needed, but for majority things, only a majority is needed.

A majority of the 7 votes. We aren't going to want to wait for all the other members to vote, or else this thread wouldn't make much sense.

I would say use 8 votes for a majority. Some people are on the forums but not posting.

So a majority would be 4 or 5?

I've been trying to edit the first post, but due to being on an iPhone and the buttons being missing, it's quite difficult. It should say 8 active members now, and Jon should be on the list. A majority reqiires 5/8 active members voting yes. If more than 8 vote, then it must be a majority out of that number.

Is everyone okay with that?
