before I vote, can you explain the actions that both need to forfill (or what's the difference xDxD)

@Mike: When I opened the poll, it was 0:39 on 8 July 2012, Moscow Time; in other words, it actually began a bit on the late side (at least for me).

@Ying: The offices of Chancellor, First Minister, and Executive Secretary are pretty much the same (although they often "specialize" in different parts of the site*); together, the three positions share an equal role in the administration of the site.

*If I recall, the First Minister (me) specializes in the ministries, the Chancellor in the International Assembly, and the Executive Secretary in the union events and off-topic sections; I could be a bit mixed up, though.

On the Wiki it says: "Though the roles of all executives are generally shared, the Executive Secretary mainly oversees the ministries and the application process, as well as other interior-related topics regarding the USNW. The role of the Executive Secretary is also prevalent in the recruitment process."

For some reason neither Chancellor nor First Minister are on the wiki.

The Chancellor shall be ceremonial head of the union.
The Chancellor shall be the head of the International Assembly

The Executive Secretary shall be the overseer of daily activities of the union.
The Executive Secretary shall be responsible for helping the other executives maintain the forum and system of USNW, and shall be the main enforcer of laws and rules.
