7.9 Quake Disaster

On May 30th, Seismographs recorded a 7.9 magnitude earthquake with it's epicenter located just outside New Uniden city, the capital of Follvirkeland. Several aftershocks were recorded with magnitudes of 3.2, 4.0, and 2.7. Seismologists are urging government officials to evacuate the capital's populace as well as the surrounding environs because the epicenter of the quake was found to be under Vyntess Mountain, a dormant volcano just outside the city limits.

Search and Rescue teams have just entered New Uniden city to scour through the rubble and find survivors, but initial reports indicate severe damage has been done to New Uniden proper, and no word has arrived about the well-being of Chancellor Moen and the Vice Chancellor. More information as it arrives.



The Republic of Follvirkeland has announced a state of emergency for the New Uniden city metro area and surrounding environs. An evacuation order is now in effect for the entire New Uniden Metro area and urges able bodied citizens to get as far north or west of Vyntess Mountain or out to sea as fast as possible. The 7.9 quake has triggered instability in the Volcano and consistent tremors under the mountain are being observed. Danger of Volcanic eruption high. If eruption occurs, loss of the Capital city will be total.

Nilia and Albian would like to send aid to those in need as well and give condolences to the families and friends of those who died.

Grand Aescail gives condolences to the families of the dead and would like to give as much aid as needed and would like to help with rebuilding if needed

How many casualties? Do you need any Aid?

Casualties are suspected to be in the hundreds with thousands more injured or missing. I'm not sure if I've been downplaying this event but this is a severe happening and isn't over yet.

Follvirkeland may even lose it's capital city.

As announced on the press, Okaiken will give 10 million enieos to relief in Follvirkeland
