Ilitsa Rails / Demir & Komiskos Co. (Ιλιτσα Χαριτ / Δεμιρ & Κομισκος ΚΑ.) is the main and only railway transport company in Achay.
Due to the hilly/montainous territory in the state there aren't a lot of lines and the zones covered by the railways are located mainly in valley zones and in Ksalnéki-Cigani Daz zones,where there are a lot of rail interchanges.
