History:

Matinenda was formed in 1002 AD, by many smaller kingdoms who agreed to combine to increase protection from other kingdoms such as Posillipo, who started attacking now-Matinendan kingdom. Matinenda slowly expanded until the 1400's when Posillipo noticed their power and went to war with them, they had wars while that caused no major land change until the 1800's when a full treaty was signed. During the GAW, Matinenda stayed neutral to prevent attack and damage, but showed support for the Regals. In 2012 it wishes to join USNW.

If I had to go off the application, I'd vote yes, easily. However, I can't help but go back to your opinions on AIN and how often people like Fox would say you were dedicated on going there.

If you can clear that up before I waste my effort getting excited for a new member, it would mean a lot.

Oh and K50, if you ventured on to skype more often, I believe Kurt has cleared up the whole issue about AIN and the miscommunication regarding his commitment to UNSW.

Daniel: I didn't see that spot, but I guess I'll claim it. Doesn't really matter to me, if others want it to stay then I can let it stay. I never noticed it lol. I made sure Torshia wasn't taken so at least one small country would exist.
K50: That's been settled weeks ago, thanks to a bunch of the other members. I've regained sanity, and decided to make Matinenda in USNW. It'll give me more to enjoy since I'm best with Mediterranean.

I'm not sure, but I think it'll still be in the same place as before - just part of Matinenda now, just like how the Vatican was part of Italy for a long time until Mousilini (or however you spell it) allowed the tiny "city" to have its independence back.
