New Adonia

Considering the turn of events in recent weeks and the blatant inactivity of the USNW, it has been unofficially agreed by the community to reset Adonia. There is technically a verbal contract agreed among active members of the USNW, therefore there shouldn't be a need to officially agree on the changes being put in motion at the moment to reset the Union. However, transparency is important for the well-being of a community, and therefore I made this list of the objectives to be achieved ASAP.

Important objectives (to be done before restart of RP)

1. Establish basic information about Adonia (global maps, resource maps including topography, climate, languages, etc.); currently assigned to Agus and Juls
   
2. Review (re-do) the Bylaws (OOC rules and application rules); currently assigned to Agus and Juls
   
3. Establish new forums on a new website; unassigned
   
4. Establish a new wiki and importing valid articles and templates from the current wiki; unassigned
   
5. Election of the OOC committees; unassigned
   
6. Establish national infoboxes for every NPC on Adonia; subject to NPC committee rules and players contribution
   
7. Establish a brief global history of Adonia; subject to NPC committee rules and players contribution
   
8. RP nations applications by community members; subject to Bylaws update
   
9. Establish a start of RP date for IC purposes; assigned to everyone
   

Other objectives (to be done after the restart of RP)

1. Use of a Random Event Generator to promote RP situations; assigned to the NPC Committee
   
2. Develop nations and detailed histories; assigned to everyone

Phase 3: 0% completed. (estimated time to do: 30 minutes)

Once Phase 1 will be completed, determining an estimate restart RP date will be achievable.
Phases 2, 3, 4 & 5 can be completed at any time.
