There are damn good reasons to argue though.

Sinope needs to just give it's entire legal system a vacation already. Take a break from finding every little thing to file a lawsuit over and relax, for, say, a decade or two? Yeah that sounds nice.

You say it's an utopia. I say it's a dystopia because you think it's an utopia and utopias don't exist.

It's a given that a Utopia doesn't exist, and would take ungodly amount of resources and effort to make it seemingly work, but you can still be a pretty damn good society. Just look at all of the "First World" nations, they all have parts of what makes a utopia. Notice that i said "parts". Mitron's probably a nice place given it's smallish borders and it's location in a very developed part of Euphemia.
