On leave for a month.

Due to the recent conflicts and perhaps the worst day of my life, both in USNW and RL, and because I was grounded today, I will be on leave for a month until mid-January. Hope you understand.

I'm sorry I'm kinda of a newb, what does "on-leave" mean?

I think it means that you're taking a break from the union (usually for RL reasons), but your country is still in the USNW, and when you are able to resume your activity, you get reinstated as a full/ambassadorial/observatory member
