AirNC or Air New Chandler, is a legacy carrier that operates out of New Chandler. It operates out of three main hubs in the country and serves as a connector hub for AirPol and AirPos flights. AirNC is a AIR airline that operates along with AirPol and AirPos. The airline came about after AIR purchased Solvan Air in 2011 and had its fleet more then doubled. As of 2011 the fleet stands at 104 in use aircraft and 10 more on order. AirNC is the only airline which had a fleet of B767-300ER. AIR also acquired 40% of New Chandler Airways to help set up vital code share agreements to create feeders with domestic routes. The airline also contains the largest fleet of current B747-400ER's. As of 2012 The airline will also have the second largest fleet of cargo aircraft operating in the world which will reach 67 aircraft. All or currently on order.

December 30th 2011,

AIRNC, will be cancelling its fleet growth for its cargo operations. Instead the ordered B747-400F variants will be transferred to AIRPOL by the request of AIR. AIRNC is currently looking at its financial position as well.

December 30th 2011,

AIRNC will be decommissioning the B767 fleet, will be transferring the A330 fleet to AIRPOL and will be cancelling its plan for a cargo operation, transferring all cargo variants to AIRPOL.
