This is the flag of Ruteria until further notice.

The Flag is the same as the ancient one, just turned over horizontally.

This is a explanation of why:

Ancient Mutirs and Ruteria today have a really big admiration to the sun, The Sun starts from the Left as it is Rising, and the sun in the flag of Ruteria is in the left, because the Nation Rises, but now Ruteria is falling, as the sun falls in the Right, the sun in the flag has to be in the right, but don't worry because I think that Ruteria will rise again, as the sun rises after every night. Smile

Also this has to be made in every of of the Ruterian embassies on the World, and the flag has to be in the middle of the post.

The Conference resoluted on the relations that will be hold witth Ruteria, but I will ask some questions here:

Would you want your Ambassadors at Ruteria, or want them to return to their nations, in the second option please PM me because it is something difficult.

And all the Ruterian Embassies most Half-Lite the flag on the pole and turn the flag Horizontally.

As noted, our staff has been back in Escambia for nearly a month due to the signs of the uprising.

As Ruteria is in a state of crisis, the exterior protection and military relations will now be under the control and protection of Posillipo and it's government and military.
