I used paint to enlarge it, yes Not for the original map creation with the dots (I'm still looking for the GIMP button to enlarge things)

I'll make you a high quality map. Don't just enlarge your stuff and blur it.

The actual city is really a (quite small) town, but the palace itself covers nearly an entire large city tile, so I put it there
