Cartopgraphic Committee Member Debate and Election 4/2014

So, apparently the cartographic committee, apart from Jack, is empty. Now is as good a time as ever to debate how many (maximum 4 as per the new Bylaws) people should participate and who these people should be.


Personally I think two extra on top of Jack should be enough. If someone knows how long Jack will be absent and what will happen to proposals until he returns, please inform me/us. Obviously at least one of them should be very good at making maps, just in case the current chairman and mapmaker has real life syndrome.

It has been voted on, they just need to be made official by an admin.

Oh, okay. Kurt seems to remember otherwise though. I didn't see a topic on it either, but I could be selectively blind... 

EDIT/ I found the voting thread. As I said, selectively blind... But is that thread just for electing a new chairman of the committe, or for the whole committee (Jack + one other)?

Well, there's two threads for voting on the committee. The first one was to select two new members as well as Jack. The second was run-off voting due to myself and Carl being tied for the second spot.

There is another thread, the original vote, which I can't seem to find. But I'm pretty sure Chip was the other member.
