The Company Claim List is a first come first serve list that lists various real life countries that can be added onto where users from USNW can claim. Claiming is as simple as writing your name next to the company in question. All claims can be contested in the disputed claim center.

The basic rules of claiming companies.

  • You can claim an unlimited amount of companies.
  • You must state what companies you claim on the Company Claim List Thread.
  • All claims can be disputed by any member in the disputed claim center.
  • All claims are dry claims until a company profile or supportive document has been completed. If there is no completed company profile of a claimed company within 5 days of the claim, the claim will be returned to the public*

*all claims already claimed will be given 10 days to comply.

Regarding disputed claims.

  • Anyone can dispute a claim for reasons regarding: Realism of the claim, Legitimacy of Subsidiary, Legitimacy of Product, and Legitimacy of Ownership.
  • You may not dispute a claim for: Relation of a claim towards a real life nation, amount of claims a user has and the ic related issues.
  • Disputed claims are decided by the OOC members of USNW.
  • Disputes can be over companies, non-claim like products, claimed products, subsidiaries, owners and patents.

  • Dry Claim - A claim that still requires a company profile or additional documentation to keep it legitimate.

  • Wet Claim - A claim that has been presented additional documentation such as a company profile.

  • Supportive Document - A document that utilizes that claim in the USNW world. This could be a wiki article on the products.

  • Legitimacy of Subsidiary - A case of dispute regarding if a claimed company can be an independent company instead of a subsidiary of another claimed company.

  • Legitimacy of Product - A case of dispute regarding the viability of a product in real life. Can be used when discussing the use of in real life prototypes or supposed future tech.

  • Legitimacy of Ownership - A case of dispute regarding if a company or product is owned by a claimed company.

  • Non-claim like products - Products that are not associated to any claimed company.
