Proposal new NPC names

Maybe, though I feel those who are more realistic with nations and names should do this. Not calling anyone out, no worries. Though I do like a majority of Jul's suggested names.

I think the cartographic committee should make a final version of this, and then have it proposed to the Union to be voted on, since it is such a big change.  Juls should be included, too.

No, that's not how we will do it.  It would be most efficient for a team of people to create a final version and then propose it to the union to be voted on as a whole when it is ready.

It might get difficult but we can use Roberts rules of order. Bring it up as a whole proposal and then if people have certain problems all they have to do is add an amendment the proposal and we as a group vote on the amendments and then once we have all the amendments we vote as one proposal. It would work easier if we set a date for amendments and then vote on each amendment separate.

What are you guys saying yes to? I don't think the proposal made by Juls is completely ready yet.  I can open up a poll if the rest of you do believe it is ready, though.
