I'm not a big fan of this at all, but I've been trying to not get involved.  Nothing too bad has happened, and we now have adequate rules to prevent any major damage.  Wink  We've got it under control.

Also, Carl said Okaiken is withdrawing from the Bergenstein conflict.  Should I change the thread's name?

Independent Control
The Central Government that was in control of Bergenstein as a whole has been fully disbanded with the majority of it's members missing and unaccountable for. We ask the Judging party for advise on whether the members be reassembled before this court.

The Imperial Federal Kingdom remains adamant that - dissolved or not - the trial of the people who made up the former government of Bergenstein must go on.

Hi Razz

I dont think so, I mean even if the nation withdrew from the conflict, as the lead prosecutor we still have the oligation to continue the trial as planned, although we wont be participating in the show of evidence (thats up to the USNW Investigators in Bergenstein).

Borgen Vitzelplitz
I as the only member of this government that will defend our actions I am willing to be the defendant. I will stand by my government's actions under the constitution. So I declare that the prosecutors produce proper evidence which put us as responsible

So it has been asked, so it shall be done.
The Vice Consul opens up the floor for evidence to be presented.

Indeed.

We would like to drop the accusations to the (defunct) Government of Bergenstein. Since the Government is almost non-existent and could not hold the responsibilities of even run the nation by peaceful means, our contribution will be rendered useless as new evidence will unfold. We will reopen the case after the conflict has been fully resolved.
