The ministry would make changes in its relations map in the next 72 hours. Overall,

2 Nations -- Balisca and Septentria, will be upgraded compliments of joining the USNW.
1 Nation will be upgraded from nonexistent relations status to code yellow.
3 Nations will be upgraded
- 1 will move to level 3 status
- 2 will stay at level 2 status
