Okay, this is my requested formula:
You have a choice between high risk, medium risk and low risk.
For High Risk, If the first number is odd, then it's a decrease, if it's even, it's an increase. Add the all the numbers from 100-225 and then divide it by 2. This should get your value.
For Medium Risk, If the first number is even, then it's a decrease, if it's odd, it's an increase. Add the all the numbers from 50-100 and then divide it by 2. This should get your value.
For Medium Risk, If the first number is odd, then it's a decrease, if it's even, it's an increase. Add the all the numbers from 0-50 and then divide it by 2. This should get your value.
Okay, for my low risk, it's an odd number, so I decrease. Add it up and divide it by 2
