The Official Season would begin January 1, 2013. First of all, USNW members are asked for a forecast of this season's Tropical Cyclone Season in the nations' perspective regions.

Forecast: The system has now intensified into a threatening Super Typhoon, with winds of 100 knots stretching over a 40 km radius. Jhekong Officials has now evacuated people from the Northern Coast of Jhekong including the capital of Daoyou. The eye is not expected to make a direct landfall but the storm should affect the coast of Jhekong.

The Joint Typhoon Warning Centre has been renamed the UJTCC (USNW Joint Tropical Cyclone Center)
JMA is renamed to OMA for obvious reasons

We need to rename the Saffir-Simpson Hurricane Scale (SSHS) to something more... USNWey

well we could have that scale set up 1920s in Histalpol in the Altomire Era (kinda like a Scientific Roaring 20s)
