Atrubia is a desert country with an island chain as a territory of the nation. So I would like it to take up these Adonia locations:

- Small Desert Towns like this dot the sparsley occupied Atrubian Deserts. Raids by the AI9 (Atrubia's CIA Esque Agency) happen every so often in towns like this to rid terrorist agents.
History:
Atrubia, officially the Royal Atrubian Empire (Arabic: الملكي الذهبي الإمبراطورية) is located on the Arabian peninsula (subject to change via application to USNW) and completely bordered by Saudi Arabia. The country borders the Persian Gulf and is directly across from the coutry of Iran. The capital of the country is Atrubia city although the largest city is Meriah City. With it's desert terrain, Atrubian cities primerily lie on the coast although they are expanding inland inch by inch with the booming oil business as the culprit.
Atrubia is a democratic republic and manipulate's much of the prosperous America's way of life and building style. Atrubia is a premier place to live in the Middle East, the average age of buildings in the country is fifteen years, so it is a relatively booming new construction. Atrubia's darker history is shaded and "covered up." Much of it not released to the general public, although some history is becoming available as the Government's Non-Disclosure Agreement's run out. Atrubia was discovered during the crusades in 1097. Nothing is known before then as there was no written history and the natives were not too comfortable telling the armies their past, as they may have dealed or supplied enemy armies or fugitives.
Atrubia, up to the 1750s, was a very powerful nation and resisted multiple attacks from neighboring countries throughout the years of existence. After the decline of the Age of Discovery (also known as the Age of Exploration), the country soon fell to corruption, with the peak of corruption being in 1907 and the country's multiple terrorist scandals. Atrubia was an independent country until World War II when occupied by the American Army. The start of that occupation began in 1942 and ended in 1950 with Atrubia's declaration of independence against the United States. The oil business took notice in 1957 and it was discovered that Atrubia had massive oil reserves. Pumping began in 1963 and because multiple large factories popped up, the oil business is expected to dry by 2025. Thus in 1997, the then-President of Atrubia declared the country open for tourism businesses, and Atrubia was flooded with requests for hotel's and resorts. Now there is barely enough coastline in some places for a port. Ports have even been built offshore.
However, Atrubia still remains a country without a defined border with Saudi Arabia. Therefore terrorism factions exist in the interior of it's desert, with checkpoints on major highways and roads leading into the "Red Zone" inerior of the deserts. Patrols also regularly scavenge the border of the desert with helicopters, Humvee's, and small camera drones to catch anybody trying to skip past a checkpoint. If you are caught going past a checkpoint via offroad, you are immediately arrested, your vehicle searched and taken apart, then tried in a court of law if anything suspicious is found.
