Statement from the New Chancellor of Folland: Dehya Moen
My Fellow Follandans, I had hoped I might one day take this podium under more, calm, circumstances. However because of a madman, that wasn't the case. Chancellor Grumboltd, the man that was voted into office to try and lead this nation after my father stepped down, proved that he was not, at all, the best thing for this country's future, and many paid with their lives because of it. The instability in the Faller province broke him, and used our own Military, our own soldiers, against us to try and quell it. I'm here, telling you now that the man who ordered tanks to roll down your streets, who directed our own troops to fire into crowds of our neighbors, has been taken into custody by the men and women of the National Guard, who still retained their sense of morality and Humanity. I commend these men and women with the utmost respect. When they faced the conflict of direct orders, and what was right, they disobeyed their orders and chose to do the right thing, for all of Folland.
Now I tell those who were fighting in Faller, to please, lay down your arms, and settle your hearts. The worst is over, and I promise, as my Father did, to move this country into a much better path. Your homes are safe, your country in better hands. We'll rebuild your towns and cities, and make sure this never happens again. It's happened once in Folland history, and shall remain that way.

After finishing her speech, Chancellor Moen was joined on stage by her father, previous Chancellor Michael Moen. The two shared smiles and stood before thunderous applause amongst tens of thousands of Hinali citizens.
In related news, the court case between the new administration of Folland and the criminal Mark Grumboltd has been met with unusual opposition from USNW nations, claiming Chancellor Moen's government as illegitimate. If the USNW Court refuses to try Grumboltd, then the Moen administration will be forced to try him in a Folland court, where he will presumably be sentenced to Death, instead of the USNW Court's Life in Prison sentence.
