New USNW Applicants
The International Assembly is caught up in a sudden rush of work as the November 30th Assembly Meeting gets underway with topics relating to the Union's infrastructure and future. While member nations discuss within the meeting, three new applications have been put forward by the nations of Matinenda, an Althenian nation, Tampuchai, an Itzamnan nation, and the United Isles of Tahak, a small band of two islands off the coast of Kuyrut with a population under 5 million. The last applicant, a close neighbor of Folland has caught the eyes of the Government a few times, most notably sharing certain distaste for the Folland government right along with the leadership of Kuyrut, however with recent events opening doors to Kuyrutian/Folland relations, hopes are high that the small islands nation will too become friends. For the most part, it seems Matinenda and Tampuchai are on the road to acceptance, with Tahak still awaiting international feedback.

The fleet of warships previously in conflict with the navy of Ghuangji is now on it's way back to Folland waters after resupplying and making emergency repairs in Okaiken. The fleet, having lost it's flagship, the F.N.S. Valour, an Aircraft Carrier feels defeated, yet victorious at the same time. On the scenes reports of crewmen of the new flagship claim they are still in disbelief of losing the Carrier to a bombing raid that destroyed parts of Albian city and it's port. Nevertheless the sailors feel they made an impact in the war which helped force the Ghuangjians to retreat from Nilia and the Ameka islands in the end. UT-130 Cargo planes have been dispatched to Nilia to evacuate the stranded troops in Albian city that escaped the Valour's sinking.
Currency May Change, but Not to the Eneio
Market advisers have discussed the current status of the economy in Euphemia and came up with scenarios, one of which contains plans to ween Folland off it's long standing Follar, and to embrace the currency used by both Shayden and Acadia. The Sent. Recognized by both countries, which are the largest economies on the continent, already makes the Sent a formidable medium of currency, which Folland might get into in the near future to better progress trade and commercialism within Euphemia between major markets.
